Well...in all honesty, I think buying figures with minor paint defects is something that we as collectors have all done at some point, because we know that that there are instances where you honestly might not see something again, and to wait and hold out for the "perfect" figure is a bit unrealistic. Also, if some paint defects aren't too bad (like say a bad glob of paint in the hair or some crooked eyes) they can be easily rectified with a little bit of paint.

White Tiger does have grey scratches on her body, but that's a part of her costume (unless of course, there are some lines that should not be there...) As for Vision, paint apps are ALL over the place with that guy, especially on the eyes. Thankfully, both characters aren't quite flying off the shelf, at least in my area, so hopefully it's a similar situation where you are, and you'll be able to pick and choose accordingly.
