That's ultimately up to you to decide. None of us are privy to what they are paying per figure, plus taxes and shipping for their allotment of figures.

But not seeing what's stopping you from ordering directly from a Japanese retailer yourself. Once it goes on pre-order at places like HLJ and Amiami, you can just order it for what they're charging and pay the shipping directly from Japan.
