Went on a bit of a toy hunt today, and got a little bit more than I bargained for.

First off, I found a Marvel Universe Juggernaut at Target, so I was pretty psyched to add another villian to my roster. Unfortunately he was packaged with older figures...other than the Wolverine in the yellow/blue X-Men costume with the new retooled head.

Then I went to Kohls and found this:

Doesn't look like much right? Nothing exciting? But them thar be variants...or running changes at the least. The regular Mark VI and the light-up Mark VI both now have th movie-accurate silver highlights. At first I thought they were clever repacks by a less-than-credulous fan...but they are definitely factory sealed.

Luckily I still had a sealed Mark VI from when they first came out, so here's a comparison shot:

They amended the text where it describes that it comes with the 3 cards too.

Anyway, nothing too exciting...but I picked them up so that my collection is complete. I am half tempted to toss them up on eBay to see if they make any money...cause I need all the help I can get with my upcoming wedding.
