This isn't the Captain America: Civil War (movie) wave of figures. It is simply the Captain America (character) wave. A second wave containing movie figures will probably arrive closer to the movie's actual release date. They did this same routine with the Odin, Thanos, Hulkbuster, and Ultron waves. Verily, you'll get your movie figures. Calm thy selves.

I'm putting my money on the Abomination being in the SDCC 2016 exclusive. The digital mock-ups shown in the SDCC panel usually turn out to be the next year's exclusive. (Moonstone, Star-lord, Magik, Dormammu, etc.)
