All my heroes besides these last 3 new ones are either 14 or 15 currently. What I always do every time they up the levels on the heroes is train the blasters, bruisers, tacts and then the last 3 for the pvp bonus which will help tremendously. I've pretty much been using Blaster Thor with the AOU suit and Bruiser Iron Fist modern suit. For my agent I'm using the Tact suit that gives you 2 turns with the chance to interrupt melee ISO socket even though I don't feel like it's doing a whole lot. For weapons I have the mandible, the cube, the weather control, scroll of angolob and mystic. 50% of the chance my offense can wipe out the enemy pretty fast because of Thor's summon thunder and or hammer throw if the defense doesn't disorient me and doesn't have the cube. Iron Fist can usually KO someone as well with his heart of shuo lou then iron fist move. For defense I'm just using Molly Hayes and AOU Bruiser Hulk, which can give them multiple turns, especially Hulk right off the bat. For my agent he's using the tact suit that can not be exhausted and I have the snappy service iso. For weapons the only 2 different ones from my offensive are neurotrope and relentless rapier. Although I don't count on defensive wins to help me get into A league, but last season it seems like it did help a lot more then usual. It could change once everyone has their heroes at level 15 though. Also adding I've been using this offensive team for a long time and haven't changed it. Seems to be the most powerful KO for me. Defensively though I have changed it up a bit, and I may change it again with Spitfire and maybe one of the other heroes that has crazy proc. Forgot to add that my IF has the E Iso combo breaker which helps tremendously and Thor has his dynamic E Iso which causes static electricity making them lose about 2000 in HP and I have the Ionizing A Iso which causes radiation so another 1500 in loss of health.
