The first method solves the problem for the offended, why does it have to apply to everyone?? Why can't everyone have the option to choose what they like or dislike? People who think you ARNT suitable to make your own choices are people who think you ARNT suitable for freedom...even if they word it a different way

you guys are complaining over a lack of slave Leia when there's a million Slave Leias and probably like a max of 10 figures of a canon queer character ever made.
like you seriously need to get some perspective on this one? this is about market saturation for something that's fallen by the wayside. the prominence of that particular costume for a strong and important character left a bad taste. that's a reasonable reason.
whereas there isn't a reason for having most superheroes be straight white dudes when the audience is diversifying rapidly.
where's my phyla vell and moon dragon figures? i guess those characters were never really pushed. Given her popularity, it's pretty crazy how we still have no sign of a Kamala Khan figure.
