It's certainly a line that has a lot of potential to it. That said, I currently don't expect anything beyond the two confirmed waves (BvS and comics/TV) and the Walmart exclusives (TDKR). Ever since ending their DCUC line Mattel has been great at starting up new collector oriented figure lines, but not quite so good at keeping them going for more than a wave or two. I'm still kinda surprised the 3-3/4" Multiverse lasted as long as it did.
As for what they've announced so-far and what that could imply for it's theoretical future... Well I hope that the movie figures keep on coming. Though maybe with fewer Batmen per wave. Would be nice to see each movie get a wave of figures with some sort of C&C prop replica, like BvS and it's C&C grapnel gun.
That said, I do kinda wish they weren't bothering with TV-based figures. The three they've announced don't actually look bad to me, but knowing Mattel, they're not going to come close to the character selection DCC is offering.
I know most on here would want older comic book designs, but I actually really want to see some more modern stuff. Especially things like Slade's current Deatstroke outfit, Dick in his agent 37 spy gear, and Killer Croc's design from Gotham Academy, which would make for a good C&C.
