I went back to Hastings today to use the store credit I got from the Man of Steel DVD and picked up the animated Batgirl figure. Firstly I prefer her design in TNBA because it doesn't look so home-made but secondly I like Batgirl more than either Robin really so I decided to get this. It's overall a well done toy with good paint and I had no issues with any pose blocks or breakage concerns from fragility. I'd actually say now having also seen the rest of the wave and their paint apps that if you can't find these in-person it might not be so bad to order these online anymore and have to worry about getting a severely messed up figure.
The Power Armor figure I picked up from my closest Gamestop because I figured I'd check to see if they had it or not. It is 6" scale like the usual Funko legacy figures, the Magic figures were 7" scale. I think as a toy it is a notable improvement for Funko, the articulation is smoother and the toy feels a lot less fragile than previous releases. As far as accuracy goes there are a couple of flaws. The shoulder pads should be upright not aligned to the arms, the legs seem a bit too thick, and the torso doesn't feel big enough (this could be a perception thing due to the legs). Those are nitpicks though, overall I'm satisfied and happy to finally have an actual Fallout toy on the shelf.
