I have the subscription and it has already paid for itself. I actually use it every day and read old comics in my downtime. I originally only signed up for the figure, but I have since found the comic subscription to be the true gem of the deal.
I think that the subscription is a pretty good deal, I was talking more of ebay prices which are insane (of course just for the figure), I'm still contemplating getting the subscription. I wanted to catch up to the old 90's Ghost Rider, Silver Sable, Silver Surfer, etc comics I used to read. I have found some of them on ebay, but seems like this way would be much easier to find.
