Mutants are over, at least as far as toys in our scale in the foreseeable future go. I remember that Rogue talk as well but it seemed to fade away. The SKU numbers leaked might be Legends. We will find out in February at Toy Fair. Also, it means that well get very confusing when the MI line gets re-branded into 3.75" Marvel Legends.

Rogue may not come out again, if so she would be an under articulated new female. Buy the MU one, as she most likely won't be getting any cheaper any time soon.

Was there any other bad news you needed delivered? A sick relative, or upcoming job loss perhaps? Sorry to be the bearer....
