Well pretty much every store has its own exclusive Star Wars something or another, right now TRU has the Snowtrooper officer black series 6" figure and a titans line Captain Phasma (the 12" 5-POA), Wal-Mart has the black series 6" Shocktrooper from Battlefront and a blue-n'-white Poe X-wing for the 3.75" figures, and Target has the Poe and riot gear stormtrooper black series 6" two pack.

As for Walking Dead I'm pretty sure spawn.com has all of them listed out. Regarding Breaking Bad there aren't any retail store exclusives but sometimes I find the online stuff that was exclusive to Entertainment Earth at Hastings.
