You said "which we all know has since changed", which is what I replied to. That is false, so I corrected you. Bizzaro is a different character completely so that doesn't count, and yes, Clark's mind being taken over by "Kal El" is skirting the issue but still technically not Clark since it was another entity controlling his mind and body. (Which, by the way, was one of the many reasons why season 4 sucked.)

As for the trailer, it looks like he'll be flying. Of course it could very well be another "super jump" which they've done in the show before as a giant tease for Clark flying.

I sure hope he's flying in that shot.

No, it wasn't. It was never said that Kara would never return to the show. That's simply wrong.

Uh, that's not true at all. The only way the costume would have been seen in season 9 is if the show was canceled and season 9's finale was a series finale. They said they had an idea of how to end the series last year if they HAD to but they were still hoping to get a season 10.

There was a backup finale in mind but Clark getting the red and blues was not pushed back because of "production". It was never planned for season 9.

This was also never said. The producers have said he is in the black suit while he has trials to go through before he becomes Superman. They never specifically related it to "once he flies, he gets the costume" though that could end up being the case. And if he IS flying in that trailer, obviously he's in his black costume still.

Tom Welling has been quoted as saying many times, he refuses to wear tights for the show.

This is partly true, as in it should be past tense at this point. Refused, not refuses. Last year at Comic Con he said he had changed his stance.
