Now we skip forward a few years, and apparently Bendis is rehashing both this storyline and that of police brutality based on prejudice, which he's already covered, both in Scarlet and not two years ago in Uncanny X-Men. Seems like Marvel's just taking everything from the X-Men and reusing it in the wider universe.

That's a bit lame, and they're using that as Civil War 2? Even lamer...Rick's story on that was great, it's like Minority Report in a sense.
