Iron fist is your best bet i reckon , and have the body part of your fodder, depending on how much your willing to change , i might recommend popping the hands that hold the billy clubs and maybe tweaking them so they're interchangeable with iron fist's fore-arms , re-paint the IF's Fore-arms red, pop DD's fore arms and replace with iron fist's ones, plus side to this is you can get at least 4 pairs of hands , though the fore-arms might need bulking up via milliput [clay] or something similar to make his fore arms bulkier

Erm Head-swap might be able to find a customizer that does cast heads of hawkeye , like Hasbro did when releasing red and yellow DD
