I already saw Bad Blood and I wasn't very impressed. Then again I didn't care too much for Son of Batman or Batman vs Robin either and this is just the next movie in the line. My big problems for this new film and the other two are that they kinda base it on a specific comic story but very quickly throw that concept to the wind and just do their own thing for the most part (which could've been a good move but never seems to be) but then my really big issue is how frivolous they are with killing the characters. Batman doesn't kill but apparently every other member of his costumed-family holds no such quarrels as pretty much every villain dies in every movie which is a little annoying. Mainly on Bad Blood though characters are thrown in with little to no background introduction (very irritating if you aren't already in the know about these characters) and there are some weird/bad jokes thrown in to lighten things up. I can't say that I hate any of these new animated movies or their new shared universe but they all fall behind what DC's animated features were doing before, Gods and Monsters was actually pretty good but then that wasn't a part of this shared-universe stuff. If you're a Bat-Fan then Bad Blood is worth a watch I guess but if you're not then it's cheesy with a side of "ugh," Then again not every modern DC animated feature is going to be Under the Red Hood level stuff so take that as you will.
