We've reported on this figure before actually, but Xovergen released images of the prototype recently; clear images of the Rolling Thunder vehicle mode and a blurry image of the robot mode.

Don Figueroa is known more for his work on Transformers, but while Devils Due Press had the GI Joe comic license, Don did contribute some GI Joe designs for GI Joe VS Transformers crossovers comics. Some, like the Rolling Thunder Optimus Prime and Dominator Megatron, were never used but still wowed the fandom nonetheless.

Information on Xovergen's upcoming Supreme Tactical Commander Grand Patriot figure based on Don Figueroa's unused Rolling Thunder Optimus Prime design which was made for GI Joe VS Transformers Crossover comics is sparse at the moment but the figure may see release at the end of the year.
