I checked 4 walmarts and 2 TRUS this weekend, no comic 2 packs yet.

You aren't missing anything. Most of the walmarts don't even carry 3.75" figures other than those Corps ones. They had a boatload of the 6" legends, just about every one from the last 2 years.
