I agree with all of your conclusions, but this is not actually "begging the question." Begging The Question is a logical fallacy in which you state the answer to the question you're asking inside of the question, in order to make it seem as though there's only one logical argument. In other words, it's like saying "why is everything you say always wrong?" etc.

What you mean is that is raises the question.
