Yes, personally, I've never had a problem posing the lady legends how I wanted them to be posed.
And just because it's an action figure doesn't mean it doesn't have to still look good striking a pose on your shelf or in pictures. If that's the case, then everybody would be saying ToyBiz Spider-Woman is better than Hasbro Spider-Woman and that's clearly not the case. It's not about characters looking like they're in a "porn mag" it's about having characters that look like people and not weird freakazoid monsters.
ToyBiz, bless their souls, they were great, but the downfall of a lot of their Legends, particularly their female ones, was a lot of unnecessary articulation that made their female figures look pretty damn ugly. Somebody would have to make a damn good argument for why Hasbro's lady legends aren't ten times better than ToyBiz's despite the decrease in articulation.
