Well I could definitely see how watching the second movie before the first leans more favor to City Hunter. I can't really get into that frame of mind since I saw the first film first and therefor that is the predator to me. So many other predators look like Jungle Hunter because he's the original and a greatly successful original at that. The old "don't fix it if it isn't broken" idea. That being said City Hunter is much sleeker and has an almost Japanese ninja vibe with the layered tiling effect on his armor so that's cool. City Hunter definitely had way more gear and gadgets too which likens him to Batman, also very cool. One thing I will always grant favor to Jungle over City though (besides coming from the better movie) is that Jungle Hunter was hunting a US black ops group and then a team of elite rescue mercenaries overflowing with testosterone and ammunition whereas City Hunter was going after gangsters, civilians with guns, and street cops.
