Yeah, Jango is available at mass retail, but in my area, the Black Series is either feast or famine, and with this wave, it's most definitely the latter. So far, from that wave, I've only seen a single case at TRU (but Jango was already gone), along with a few random sightings at various Walgreens stores.

oh ok thx guys! i've seen the other figures in this series! it went like 13, 14, 16 at every store, and i'm like really?? grrr lol
