Fresh off of his recent appearance in Carnage #4, Eddie Brock is back as Toxin...only this time, it's Agent Toxin! Agent Toxin was put together using an Agent Venom body (of course...) only the collared body armor pieces, as well as the belt were cut and removed. The head is the alternate head released with the recent Marvel Legends Venom. I also used a Spider-Carnage head to use as an alternate, more classic Toxin look (although I prefer the Venom head myself...) Tamiya acrylics were used here, along with a Krylon Gloss to seal them and to give our newest symbiote agent a nice sheen.
I opted to not change the legs on the Agent Venom body, as I preferred the armored look of the shins to keep with the armored body, and left them black to compliment the look we got from the recent Carnage issue.
Hopefully this isn't a permanent look for Brock as I really had much higher hopes for his return, and the "Agent Toxin" look clearly rides the coattails of Agent Venom, who just turned intergalactic space knight. It really seems like a cheap way to push the Toxin character back into the spotlight, but hopefully we will get Eddie Brock and friend back to doing something ultimately more interesting and soon. Still...I know that Hasbro wasn't going to be putting this guy out anytime soon, and I'm quite happy with how he turned out! I hope you guys like him!
