To be fair there's not much they could improve on above the waist. A torso joint (it doesn't look like these will have one) could have been worked in under the shirt I suppose but it would honestly be excessive articulation since the Terminator is so stiff in its movements, he walks back-straight through the entire station. While the arms could have been upgraded articulation-wise it would either be a classic double-hinge elbow (which I think look just awful on sleeved arms) or they'd have to upgrade it to what they're doing with the AvED Ash figures which would be more costly for what amounts to superfluous movement.
