That has still literally never happened to me and I'm currently at around 75 NECA figures, far too many to say it's luck. Also I'm not so gentle that they're being treated as relics either, I've had toys break under less pressure (looking at you McFarlane and Funko). I'm not saying NECA's got top-notch QC because obviously they don't but I am saying that among the American collectible toy companies they are close to the top of QC, which speaks more so to the entire failings of QC across the board.
