When the line was at a premium. The market has dipped significantly since. As a large lot it can happen but it could take awhile. Consider breaking up and selling one at a time? A lot of work and you'll get stuck with the "common" figures but that is why buyers pay what they do. Scalper is a word tossed around but they do this for a living and really need to double their investment to cover their overhead. I am still working on it and trying though brother!
