Some of the best storytelling in gaming, and not just of the compelling and dramatic sort. There are some very funny quests that take place in Blood and Wine as well. It feels like the developer's love letter to the fans, and that's evident in every detail.
I'm not going to spoil anything, I'll only say as vaguely as possible that if you want a happy ending for Toussaint and its people, peace and reconciliation are the best measures you can pursue.

So I did find a possible answer over on the Fwoosh message boards. Someone pointed out that they are using FedEx to ship, so you can sign up for fedex's free tracking service and you can go to your account and see if any shipments matching your name are on their way.
I haven't done it yet myself, but I might try (in the interest of not having my figures hijacked).
