The majority of the movie does feature him as only missing the hand and still having a whole shirt so maybe that's why they appear to have gone with this look. Bruce Campbell says they don't have the rights to Army of Darkness any more (which is why they don't use footage from it in AvED's story recap and act as if it didn't happen) so I doubt NECA will be releasing new AoD figures under this line. NECA might be able to pick up a separate license for it from the people that currently do hold the rights though.

Wish this was already out so I could give one to my dad on Sunday, he loves Evil Dead.
