I tried different image search terms involving "Tomy" and "rescue" and eventually got a picture that had the same "R" logo in it.

It's from a show called "Tomica Hero Rescue Force" which Tomy was a production partner on, premiered in 2008.

red vehicle is the "Rescue Striker"
orange suitcase is called a "Rescue Commander", came with the Striker
White & red van thing is "Rescue Riser" and is supposed to have a crane section on the back end
Black & orange thing is called "Rescue Diver"
