I use Kaiser doll stands for my 6-7" figures. They have a "clip" that goes around the waist of the figure, a metal base plate and they're adjustable. I use the 6.5 - 11" figure stands for most of my figures. The clip that goes around the waist can be a little big for some. I use the 6" figure stands for female figures, DC Icons and Figuarts.
If you want stands that peg into the bottom of the feet you'll just have to try some and find out. Not all peg holes are the same size, especially with Marvel Legends. For instance the stands that came with the Avengers movie figures and the ROML figures will fit the Cap-Wolf figure but not the pizza Spidey figure.
I think the clear stands Shartimusprime uses in his videos are either Figma, Mafex or Figuarts. I don't remember which but if you're looking for stands to help with action oriented poses like leaping then you might look into these.
