Really that's weird why Hasbro would do that...

My BBTS order remains unfulfilled...I guess we'll see.
Whoa that's nuts then if it's true. It's almost like the Wolverine BAF Puck wave, didn't that one get shafted a bit too?

Marvel has such a vast library that it's practically impossible to be well-versed in every corner of it. There's probably a ton of stuff I dont' know about F4, Spider-Man or Daredevil just from the lack of reading I've done in those corners of the MU.
Yeah don't like the new X-Men Jean either..prefer the old school Jean...too bad she's still dead.

Whoa that is crazy yet again, are they shafting this set, hope not.

Thou we have been getting pretty random figures lately.
Obviously, Spider-man sells, so we get more females (Ashley Barton, really? I like the figure, but I'm shocked) , and villains seem to popping up, which is awesome.
Avengers is a hot property right now, so we are getting more obscure characters (thou missing a few 70's/80's classics.
X-men are all pretty much done, whether good or bad ((except of course a couple females, errm, Polaris, Dazzler anyone?)
The ones that we old collectors are missing are the b-teams; like New Mutants, Alpha Flight, New Warriors, Defenders, and Thunderbolts, to name a few (yeah I like Runaways too, but they don't scream classic characters-Nico being the exception).; but I gotta say, I am more and more impressed with the sneaky random choices, Hasbro is putting out there.
Someone up there, knows their Marvel stuff. Machine Man, Misty Knight, Blizzard? Satana?!. Heaven. I think I cry a little when Medusa was announced.
Now I think the whole Marvel Universe is seen as a whole market (specially under Disney, never shy to milk the cow). So whomever catches the imagination of the people-above can make it into toy form. Which is exciting.
I for one, will relish the day when my favourite ginoid Jocasta is made, and I will buy them all and form an army, and you will all hate me. Or not....
I used to think that, but not any more I still see peg warmers of certain ones, if anything depends on the popularity of them.

There's plenty others out there I would likely pass on that others want. And while I do realize that many of these will never get made, there are good number of the above I can see could be made (Madrox, Exodus, Moonstar, Sebastian Shaw, Sunspot, Sauron, Shatterstar, Nimrod and Blink being the most likely candidates).
That's not even including redos from both TB and Hasbro eras, that's just straight up never done before figures. So yeah, X-men are nowhere near done, there is a vast vein of figures to mine there.
There's so many characters that they can make X-Men related, I think they may have only touched on 30% of the X-Men characters that they've made so far, and I'm not talking about repaints of costumes either.

I do love the SDCC box sets of these, so much better then the 3.75 line.
