And why can't Mattel let them sell them now, since they clearly don't want to tap into our corner of the market for this stuff?
Yes, in an earlier post he had said that the only reason the were allowed to sell reaction figures for the DC lines was they were in the retro style. That's why they can't do it with the more detailed sculpts of the 9 poa line.
I would check out the Funko Fanatics page. They are the most responsive and honest of any of the Q&A people I've ever seen. They actually just added a secrion for the 9 poa figures to seperate them from reaction figures
