Since these are likely hand-painted prototypes and not finished figures, I'd assume that yes, they did. For display purposes. The final figure will probably have fully black plastic/joints

I'm generally inclined to agree on the multiple Spideys front, but at least Spider-UK and Spidey 2099 are still active in titles (at least, when I last checked), so they're relevant enough to make some money on essentially some easy redecos.
Ms. Marvel's power set is size/mass manipulation, which results in a combination of Mr. Fantastic-style stretching and growing/shrinking powers akin to Hank Pym and company. She uses the stretching (and 'embiggening' her fists/feet/whatever) the most when dealing with criminals.
