i can see people using that maestro body for odin customs if we dont get one with the ragnorok line.noticed that maestro and co are pegged for 2017 release but will they be released in the fall?and do you think they will reveal more at NYCC?because it would be sweet to have kingpin and hammerhead in that spidey line and its nice to see an updated shocker for those who didnt get the original, thought we would have gotten a purpleman to go with that JJ figure.
Hopefully NYCC. Many of the shows will have premiered by then and better trailers of various movies will be ready. So it'd be less spoilers I'd hope.
Every Thor movie has had a toyline so far, but no clue on this one. It's too early to say because there's no trailer out yet even. I can see why that kind of discussion would be held back on.
The biggest stuff I wouldn't expect until next SDCC though, but they do have to keep fans content a little bit so they don't throw in the towel entirely. So it'd make sense if they had more for NYCC to show off. We also have to take into consideration the amount of time it takes for them to make a figure too. So with so many shifts with Marvel titles, it might be difficult for them to keep pace. We're just now seeing all-new Wolverine, and her comic is at issue 10, to give you an idea of how long some of this might need to take. So even in expediting it, these things still take time.
I am satisfied in one aspect though, if Hasbro was going to get rid of the 3.75'' figures, they wouldn't be investing so much in full new sculpts of characters nor expanding it like they are in a wider Spider-man focus.
I really hope this means we get two lines again. The Legends 3.75'' and a better Ultimate Spider-man one that they can prep for the movie stuff from Homecoming too. Completely didn't think about the fact of how much MCU we could actually get if Spider-man Homecoming has a line, and retailers like supporting spider-man lines.
