Hey everyone,

I have a quick question...

I mostly focus on collecting Marvel Legends figures which usually average about 6".

Lately, I have been consider collecting figures from other brands, and manufactures, etc and they use a "scale" for example 1/12 scale.

Am sorry if I sound too much like a noob, but I am just trying to understand how this would compare to a 6" figure.


For example what would the breakdown be for:


1/4 (if this exist)
1/6
1/12
1/24 (if this exist)
.
.
.
etc

I think all I need is a reference, like lets say that a 6" figure equals 1/12... then I know that 1/24 would be way bigger for example...

Thanks for any example or help anyone can give me regarding this matter. Also I am curious.... sorry for my ignorance but is this somewhat common knowledge, or would this be valuable information for new collectors who would also need to know this and maybe a subject like this should be sticky topic?
