Glassman needs a Hot Toys (or otherwise) head to be provided if he doesn't already have one before he can shrink it (QED becomes very expensive), and can add sculpting details to an existing head but can't sculpt from scratch. Have purchased more than once from him before and, TBH, was slightly disappointed with the finished product.

Sooner or later someone will have a go at the heads I'm after so I guess patience is the key.
