I agree with you about the T1 Police Station Assault T-800 because you get at least 2 different figures from it, but I also think it could have easily been a standard release. Think about the Rambo 2 figure and all the accessories it came with and that wasn't even an Ultimate figure.
You only get one official look from the T-1000 and three accessories/ weapons that it was supposed to come with. So when you're paying a slightly higher price for a figure that really doesn't come with that much it just makes me feel like we didn't get the "Ultimate" value.
