Yeah I know I totally agree, it's really confusing. It's like just because they put in an articulated elbow joint or head it's deemed an "action figure". I saw some of the new Walking Dead Color Tops line in store the other day, and as awesome as the sculpts are, it seems very deceptive to market them as "action figures" when the entire lower half of the figure is completely frozen stiff. I know NECA used to do this a bit with some of their lines, but they have rectified a lot of those with "Ultimate" re-releases utilising the same mold but adding much more articulation, especially in the legs. It's like make up your mind McFarlane, action figures or statues! I have a ton of Assassins Creed figs, and they're great. Doesn't look like we'll be getting any figures like that from McFarlane again anytime soon.
