And it's not like the big retailers can differentiate between what's sought after and what's not within the ML line, at least not enough to put certain waves/figures on clearance to clear up the shelves.
Nice that Hasbro is knocking out so many highly requested figures, but we need to be able to actually get them at retail lol

Sadly this is typical for most of the items they stock. They have 15 2.5" diddy kong figures on the pegs for about a year now, they do not get any new waves in since the pegs are full and they never clearance them out.
They really need to learn how to cycle out non selling products so they can make some sales on new releases.
As was discussed a few pages back (I was voicing the same thoughts), the biggest issue is that all the figures under a given sub-header are in their computer systems under the same product number/key, regardless of the wave they're in. Which means all MLs that fall into the 'Avengers,' 'Spider-Man,' or 'Captain America' headers scan under the same number/key - straggler figures from the UGG wave are indistinguishable (in their system) from figures in the Absorbing Man and Space Venom waves. Which is why the only figures to recently go to clearance are the Ant-Man wave.
It would be great if Hasbro and/or retailers would classify them by the wave or BAF assortment rather than the primary subheader, so they could clear out their own chaff much faster, but that's kind of a doubtful hope.
