Let me illustrate something you need to know about the 3 3/4 inch scale as whole:
Not clear enough? Let me put it this way:
IT'S INCONSISTENT ACROSS THE BOARD.
As you can see, where Kylo Ren is closer to MU size, Luke is shorter than a Doctor Who figure. This is because whilst Luke WAS released in 2015, he's a Vintage collection rerelease just like Ahsoka, and believe it or not, he's more accurate to the term 3 3/4 inches. Trust me, I checked with my Dad's electronic measuring tape one night when I was bored, and MU(and other lines/figures in that size)were more like 4 inches, whereas a figure closer to Doctor Who figure height measured to 3 3/4 inches. Cases like Batman and Superman where the line was the EXACT SAME LINE are annoying, but since Star Wars figures and GI Joe figures are gonna be displayed separately anyway, it doesn't matter. I've learned to tolerate a few "shorties" in my collection, and if you don't, you don't get awesome pairings like that Classic Superman and Batman together. It will still bother you in the back of your mind, but you can do some scale cheats if it bothers you that much.
In summary, 3 3/4 inch scale is very much a GENERAL term, so don't put overly much stock in its exactness. It's not that big of a deal.
