I've done countless research on this PVC figure. It is a dog with a pipe and a golf club. Its stamped maggies creations 1983 Hong Kong. I've searched for hours and come up empty. Any idea anyone? Thank you so much!

Also I have this old man PVC figure. They both look so familiar to me but I cannot find info on them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
