One of the reasons I like them is that I don't believe I have ever seen anything like them. I feel like while the others (90s movies, cartoons etc) are fun they probably aren't realistic. When I see these statues and this perspective, I feel like these could actually be found in a New York sewer. If tomorrow a news article read, "Real life "Ninja" mutated Turtle found in a New York sewer", I wouldn't be surprised if the picture looked like one of these. Without the "clothes" and weapons of course, lol. I feel like they are, on some levels, realistic. I think they are great.
If I was a statue guy, and not completely obsessed with the NECA 90s ninjas coming out, I would get one of these. I would consider them anyway and I couldn't be less of a statue guy. I am sure they will be super expensive though.
