They made a series of bad choices with that line which seems to have mostly killed it, but it technically does still exist since they just released those two League of Legends figures. Just because they have the license for a lot of things though doesn't mean they can do a sculpted figure with likeness. Funko gets off very easy since none of their pops bear any likeness to their respective performers what-so-ever so they don't have to pay for any likeness rights. For the most part then they just can't make actual figures based on those characters sourced from live-action performances. Regarding licenses not involving likeness rights (games and animated characters) it probably comes down to either Funko or the license holder. If it's Funko deciding to not do figures then it's a thing of costs and ease, it costs more and is harder to make a more detailed figure than a pop and maybe they fear the detailed figure wouldn't sell to cover costs. If it's the license holder's decision then it could be that they don't want Funko to make detailed figures for whatever reason, perhaps because they are already in a deal with another company.
