According to the information that Sidecutter has passed along, much like previous Masterpiece releases, Movie Masterpiece Bumblebee will have two releases - a version painted yellow to match the Movie character will be releases in Japan, while Hong Kong will get the less accurate but rather cool looking shiny gold finish version.

Naturally, you might want to wait for some more information to confirm this is what is happening, however given the past trend for their to be variant "Asia editions" for the Masterpiece series there seems to be no reason to doubt that this is why we have seen two different international releases for this toy.
