The basic recipe is a Marvel Legends Scourge figure with the arms and jacket piece of the new Marvel Legends Old Man Logan. The Logan arms are slightly short because of his stocky frame, so I added a little bit of black wrist from the Scourge forearms to make them more proportional. The hands are from a spare MCU Nick Fury, to give him a trigger finger extended on both. I removed the shoulder strap from the Scourge belt and then trimmed the length so that it fit tighter around the waist, and used some warm water to reshape the jacket slightly.

I like the repainted Scourge head, because it looks like a cross between the comic and Arkham Knight Red Hood helmets. The only other real paint work was to cover the white portions of the torso. I considered putting a red Bat symbol on the chest but I decided against it. I like the way he looks without it in the initial comic appearances and Under the Red Hood animated movie. The holstered gun and knife are from ML Scourge, the twin pistols are from a NECA Kick-Ass Motherfucker bought on clearance.
