I was looking at some old home movies of my 6th birthday (48 now) and I received an action figure that I held up to the camcorder when I unwrapped it. It was called Atomic Man, I believe it had black outfit. The chest was clear and when you turned a little wheel on his back his chest would display electrical sparks. I cannot find any information on this figure, whenever I look it up all I can find is the Mike Power Atomic Man and this is definetly not that. Has anyone ever heard of this guy?
