Personally love the articulation of Toybiz much better than Hasbro, but I also know that same ability to have that articulation lead to strange proportions. I think what I miss most is the hand/finger articulation.

There is no contest to me that Toybiz's biggest advantage over Hasbro is their BAF. I don't have MODAK or Galactus, and I"m lacking one part of Mojo, but every other BAF was a must have. There is no comparison to Toybiz vs. Marvel's best or even Toybiz's vs Marvel's worst BAF. Toybiz wins every time.

My biggest issue with Toybiz is the paint...wash? I am not sure if that's the correct usage of the term. The Toybiz figures have a more dull flat painted look vs. Hasbro's being much vibrant and shiny. It's not as apparent in some figures as others. For the most part I'm glad i have my toybiz figures but they'll be replaced by Hasbro figures once they are released, with a few exceptions: Colossus is one that readily comes to mind.

Sculpts I'd actually say it's about even except for the female faces. Toybiz just couldn't get that right, for the most part. They did really good job with Phoenix but I can't think of another one that looks fantastic. And some of them are just awful: Scarlet Witch and Rogue being the "winners" here.

I thnk though it's fair to add that Hasbro really had a problem when they first took up the license. That first year of Hasbro figures (their first three waves, especially that first wave) were pretty lousy. Not as far as character selection, minus the Ultimate and movie figures, the main universe selection was great. But most of those figures need to be redone or have been already, for good reason. In fact I'd say that those waves were worse than anything Toybiz put out, minus a figure here or there.
