So for those who may not know, Takara Tomy released Lupin and Fujiko Microman figures in 2007. They're super cool, but what collection would be complete without Jigen and Goemon? (Well, Zenigata too, but he's not done yet.)
Luckily, I also found some Banpresto 5 POA action figures to get heads and accessories from for my customs. Here are the breakdowns:
Jigen:
• Banpresto figure head (modified to fit a ball-joint)
• Repainted Microman Lupin torso, arms, and Jacket
• Unmodified Microman Lupin waist, legs, and feet
• Gun accessory is from the Kubrick Jigen figure. It's much nicer than the Banpresto accessory.
Goemon:
• Banpresto figure head (modified to fit a ball-joint)
• Banpresto figure torso with a sculpted neck and added ball-joint, repainted
• Arms from a Star Wars Clone Wars Nahdar Vebb figure, repainted
• Lower arms and hands are Microman parts, repainted.
• Legs and waist are from a Dragonball Evolution Goku figure, repainted
• Custom sculpted sash around his waist
• Banpresto figure feet
• Banpresto figure Zantetsuken and sheath
The Fiat 500 is a Bburago. I think it's 1:24 scale? Slightly too small to actually fit the figures inside, but it still goes nicely.
Thanks to worldruined for taking pictures! Check out her own stuff on Tumblr.
And if you liked these customs, take a look at my old Solid Snake post:
