Thanks, but I don't use Twitter. I've never Twat anything before. Ha! I've sent a couple of emails and haven't gotten a reply yet. That's why I was asking for a phone number.

I would definitely recommend using a hairdryer on the TMNT figures before you try to move any of the joints. I had a handful of joints that were completely stuck. So far, Mikey's left shoulder pops out really easily and the plyable chest part was accidently glued to his right shoulder restricting the mobility of the joint. My case was mashed up on one end too because there is no padding on either end of the case inside the shipping box. The only piece I'm missing is the Bandana Tie for Raph. I doubt I'll be buying any big ticket items from Neca again.
