I would definitely recommend using a hairdryer on the TMNT figures before you try to move any of the joints. I had a handful of joints that were completely stuck. So far, Mikey's left shoulder pops out really easily and the plyable chest part was accidently glued to his right shoulder restricting the mobility of the joint. My case was mashed up on one end too because there is no padding on either end of the case inside the shipping box. The only piece I'm missing is the Bandana Tie for Raph. I doubt I'll be buying any big ticket items from Neca again.

I don't know that there's a phone number. I never used Twitter before I needed to get in touch with NECA and I only use Twitter to get in touch with NECA, I tried going through the "normal" avenues like the email forms on their site and it got me nowhere. Regularly on Twitter I've seen people pop up to say that the customer service account on Twitter resolved their problems. It's free and you never have to use it for anything but this so I would at least give it a shot.
