Anyone is able to order, backers and non-backers. The funds raised through Backerkit are counted towards unlocking stretch goals that weren't reached during the Kickstarter campaign. One new figure has already been unlocked!

Also, Spero is throwing in the extras that were included in the Kickstarter All-in pledge to anyone whose Backerkit total reaches the same dollar amount. It's a great way to bring the figure/item per dollar cost way down.
